Terms of use

1. Scope

These terms cover your use of tournament.cillerian.org, run by Cillerian eSport (see the imprint). Each tournament's own rules on its page apply as well.

2. Account

Create one account only, give true details and keep your password secret. You can create an account yourself from the age of 14; younger players need consent from a parent or guardian. Accounts may not be shared or passed on.

3. Fair play and conduct

• No cheats, exploits, other people's accounts or smurf accounts.
• Report results honestly. False reports lead to disqualification.
• Stay respectful in chat. Insults, hate speech, harassment and spam are not allowed.
• Only upload content you hold the rights to and that is lawful.

4. Your content

For avatars, team logos, screenshots, texts and chat messages you grant us the right to store and show them to run the site. You confirm you hold the rights needed to do so.

5. Running tournaments

Admins run the tournaments. They settle disputes, correct results and can disqualify entrants. Points and leaderboards have no cash value and give no legal claim. Prizes exist only when a tournament page announces them.

6. Suspension

If you break these terms we can remove content and suspend or delete your account.

7. Availability and liability

Volunteers run this site without any promise of constant availability. We are liable only for intent and gross negligence; this does not apply to personal injury.

8. Changes

We may change these terms. We announce material changes on the site.

9. Law

Austrian law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
